David started working in the NHS in 1985 at the North Western Regional Health Authority. He has worked at the Department of Health, together with a number of hospital trusts, foundation trusts, PCT’s, CCGs as well as in private healthcare. For over the last 12 years, he has established a highly successful management consultancy and interim management service. Politically astute and competent at developing a shared agenda and motivating others to forge a clear direction of travel and so secure progress and achievement.
